Where We Ship

• We currently ship Australia-wide from our Sydney base with Australia Post.

• For international customers, Safe Love Feels Like This and Self Love Feels Like This are also available through Amazon, which manages global delivery options and local fulfilment.

• If you live outside Australia and would like to place a bulk international order, we’d love to help. Please contact us at admin@selflovesafelove.com for a tailored shipping quote and invoice.

Shipping Costs

• We offer Standard and Express Post flat rate Australia-wide shipping for simplicity and transparency.

• See Shipping Costs Table at the bottom of this page.

• Free shipping is applied via a discount code to Australian orders over $90 AUD for book orders. USE CODE: FREESHIP at checkout. Free Shipping is not applied to Education Packs.

• Bulk and organisation orders: Please contact us at admin@selflovesafelove.com for tailored shipping quotes and bulk pricing.

Processing Times, Delivery & Tracking

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• We ship via Australia Post and all parcels include tracking.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

• Standard delivery times are usually 3–7 business days within metro areas and up to 10 business days for regional or remote addresses. Please note that delivery delays outside our control (such as weather events or postal backlogs) may occasionally occur.

• Express delivery times are usually: Metro to Metro (Express Network) 1–2 business days and outside Express Network 2–4 business days.

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout, please ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase.

Bulk & Organisation Orders

• We love partnering with schools, early learning centres, and community organisations.

• We offer our Education Pack including 10 copies of either book title in your choice of format.

• For custom educational bundles, please contact admin@selflovesafelove.com for tailored pricing and shipping options.

International Shipping

• At this time, we ship within Australia only via our website.

• If you’re outside Australia, you are able to purchase our books worldwide through Amazon.

• International bulk orders can be processed by contacting us at admin@selflovesafelove.com.

Returns & Refunds

• We take great care in packaging every book to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@selflovesafelove.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We’ll assess your claim and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

• Return/ Replacement Shipping: This is paid by the customer once your issue is confirmed.

• Change of Mind: We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or accidental orders. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

• Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.

• Digital Products: Digital resources (such as downloadable guides or classroom materials) are non-refundable. Please see our Digital Products Policy Linked here.

• Consumer Rights: Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that products must be of acceptable quality and match their description. If an item does not meet these standards, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Learn more: www.accc.gov.au/consumers
