Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. We currently ship within Australia only. For international customers, our books and resources are available through Amazon.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually packed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times are available on our Shipping and Returns Policy page. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we ship within Australia only. International customers can order via Amazon for the best rates and delivery times.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items: (Shipping & Returns Policy)
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily replace it. Simply email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Q: My book arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email admin@selflovesafelove.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Q: Do you offer refunds for digital products?
Digital downloads (such as educator guides or printable resources) are non-refundable once purchased.
Bulk, School & Organisation Orders
Q: Can schools or organisations order in bulk?
Absolutely. We offer bulk and education packs for preschools, schools, libraries, and organisations. Contact admin@selflovesafelove.com for a tailored quote and invoice.

Q: What ages are your books suitable for?
Our picture books are designed for children aged 3–8, with themes of self-worth, emotional safety, and healthy relationships. Educator and parent guides are suitable for use across early childhood and primary years.
Q: Can I use your books in therapy or wellbeing sessions?
Yes. Our books and activities are used by psychologists, counsellors, educators, and wellbeing practitioners to support social-emotional learning and relationship education.
